The Department of State Services (DSS) has filed an application before the Federal High Court in Abuja, asking it to foreclose Omoyele Sowore’s defence against cybercrime charges, as proceedings continue in the case.
The agency argued that the defence had engaged in repeated delays, which it described as tactics to prolong the case.
