Judges of the Kogi State High Court of Justice will commence their annual vacation for the year 2026 beginning from July 20.
The development was contained in an official order issued by the Chief Judge of the state, Hon. Justice Josiah Majebi, in line with Order 10 Rule 4(2) of the Kogi State High Court (Civil Procedure Rules) 2025 which was made available to newsmen Tuesday in Lokoja.
The order states that Hon. Justice Hawa Yusuf has been designated as the vacation Judge.
The order added that she will sit in Lokoja, the state capital, during the vacation period to attend to urgent criminal matters and civil motions arising from across the state.
