The pupils and teachers abducted from Orire in Oyo State have regained their freedom after spending more than 50 days in captivity.
Presidential spokesman Bayo Onanuga announced their release in a post on X on Friday, confirming that the victims had been freed by their abductors. Further details surrounding their release were not immediately disclosed.
