Popular TikToker and streamer Peller has publicly called out a man who allegedly promised to gift him 10 cows during music executive Soso Soberekon’s wedding but never fulfilled the promise.

Speaking in a now-viral video shared online, he expressed disappointment over the incident, questioning why anyone would make such a promise only to back out afterwards.

According to him, the man made him kneel and even lie on the floor before promising him 10 cows, yet he left the event without receiving anything.

“I no know, maybe na by force to promise person cow? Must you promise make you no fulfil am? That man wey say make I kneel down, make I sleep for floor, say he go give me ten cows, he no give me anything,” he said.

Peller admitted that the incident left him worried, saying he feared something spiritual might have happened after he obeyed the man’s instructions.

He added that unlike others who had genuinely gifted him cows for his anticipated marriage ceremony, they never asked him to perform such acts before honouring their promises.

“I come dey fear now; I hope say them never use my glory. Because real people wey don dey give me cow, dem no dey tell me make I kneel down like that or do that kind thing before dem give me cow. And that night, he tell me make I lie down. I hope say dem never collect my glory,” he added.

His remarks have since sparked reactions on social media, with many Nigerians sharing humorous takes on the incident, while others criticised people who make promises they have no intention of fulfilling.
