A Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, has reserved ruling on the bail application filed by social media influencer and relationship therapist, Okoro Blessing, popularly known as Blessing CEO, who is facing allegations of fraud and theft involving N36 million.
Blessing CEO is currently standing trial on a two-count charge filed against her by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) through its Lagos Zonal Directorate 1.
According to the EFCC, the charges border on obtaining money by false pretence and stealing the sum of N36 million.
The decision to reserve ruling was made on Friday during proceedings before Justice Dipeolu at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi.
During the proceedings, the court heard arguments from both sides on the defendant’s application for bail.
After considering the submissions of counsel, Justice Dipeolu reserved ruling on the bail application and adjourned the case to June 9, 2026, for a decision.
The case is part of ongoing efforts by the EFCC to prosecute alleged financial crimes and other economic offences across the country.
