Akinsamiro Pisa Transfer Collapses Amid Bundesliga Interest

Nigeria midfielder Ebenezer Akinsamiro is set to return to Inter Milan after his proposed permanent move to Pisa collapsed.

The 21-year-old had impressed during his loan spell at Pisa last season despite the club’s relegation from Serie A.

He made 24 league appearances and registered one assist during his time with the Tuscan side.

Transfer collapse during paperwork stage

Pisa were prepared to activate the €7.5 million purchase option included in the loan agreement.

However, the deal reportedly broke down during the final stage of document exchange, halting the transfer unexpectedly.

As a result, Akinsamiro will now return to his parent club, Inter Milan, as plans for a permanent switch were abandoned.

Bundesliga interest emerges

Following the failed move, the midfielder could still leave Inter Milan this summer.

Reports suggest that several Bundesliga clubs are monitoring his situation, with interest growing ahead of the new season.

Inter Milan are understood to be open to both loan and permanent offers depending on negotiations.
