Real Estate Mogul Reveals Why He Gifted Peller a ₦400m Abuja Mansion

Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted to TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat (Peller) and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis), as “small money.”

Ochacho made the remark during a TikTok livestream on Monday, just two days after the couple’s star-studded wedding ceremony in Lagos.

According to the businessman, the mansion is only the beginning of the gifts he intends to present to Peller, whom he described as someone with a kind and generous heart.

“₦400 million is no money. ₦400 million is just ₦400 as far as Ice King, Money Man, Ochacho Real Estate is concerned. It’s small money to them,” he said during the livestream.

Ochacho promises even bigger gifts

Explaining why he decided to gift the newlyweds such an expensive property, Ochacho praised Peller’s character, saying generosity always attracts greater blessings.

“Peller has a very good heart. Whenever we give, God replenishes it and restores double what we have because we give.”

He further hinted that the Abuja mansion would be the smallest gift Peller would ever receive from him.

“That house is going to be the smallest gift ever I’m going to give to Peller. The next one I’ll give to Peller, they will off light in this country. They shouldn’t worry.”

Scholarship initiative announced

During the same livestream, the real estate mogul also announced plans to sponsor the education of selected students as part of the birthday celebration of his son, Ice King.

He explained that students with genuine school accounts would have their tuition fees paid directly to their schools.

“If you have not paid your school fees and you have a genuine school account, Ice King is going to help you on Thursday on his birthday.”

Ochacho added that beneficiaries would be selected from different parts of Nigeria.

Mansion gift went viral

The businessman first announced the mansion gift during Peller and Jarvis’ lavish wedding reception in Lagos.

While presenting the surprise, he declared:

“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller.”

The announcement drew loud applause from guests and quickly went viral across social media.

The wedding attracted several celebrities and influencers, including Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus, Nons Miraj, Zinoleesky, Papaya Ex, Cute Abiola, Soso Soberekon, Purple Speedy, and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

The mansion fulfilled a promise Ochacho had earlier made to Peller during the wedding of music executive Soso Soberekon, where he pledged to support the TikTok star’s future marriage.
