Turkish champions Galatasaray are reportedly targeting a high-profile signing whom the club believes could make an even bigger impact than Victor Osimhen.
The claim was made by Turkish football transfer specialist Burhan Can Terzi, who discussed the club’s transfer plans during an appearance on the SporON YouTube channel.
Bruno Fernandes ruled out
According to Terzi, the mystery player is not Manchester United and Portugal midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
He also noted that the footballer Galatasaray are monitoring is currently not involved in the ongoing FIFA World Cup.
While Terzi did not reveal the player’s identity, his comments have sparked speculation among supporters over who the club could be preparing to sign.
Osimhen remains a key figure
Victor Osimhen continues to play a major role for Galatasaray after helping the club secure back-to-back Turkish Super Lig titles.
The Nigeria international still has fewer than three years remaining on his current contract, with his future continuing to attract attention during the transfer window.
