A court in the United Kingdom has sentenced a 27-year-old Nigerian, Qudus Adeyemi, to a five and a half year imprisonment for contravening the region’s laws over offences of attempted sexual assault and rape.
The High Court in Hull found Adeyemi culpable of the allegations of the offences on a woman following a night out, the convict, heard pleading the victim for forgiveness in a recorded phone call which was played during the session.
