Brazil forward Neymar has announced that he and partner Bruna Biancardi are expecting another child, with the couple revealing they will welcome a third daughter together.
The news was shared through a family gender reveal celebration posted on social media, where Neymar, Biancardi and their children gathered to learn the baby’s gender.
The announcement comes as the Santos star continues his recovery from injury during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where Brazil are hoping he can return later in the tournament.

The gender reveal confirmed that Neymar and Biancardi will soon welcome another daughter to join sisters Mavie and Mel.
Neymar’s eldest son, Davi Lucca, was also present during the celebration, which marked another milestone in the footballer’s family life.
The new baby will be Neymar’s fifth child from three different relationships. Following the reveal, the former Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain star joked about the growing number of daughters in his household.
“I’m going to put together a band and, from today, it’s going to be Spice Girls,” Neymar said.
The light-hearted comment quickly attracted attention on social media as fans congratulated the Brazilian forward and his family.
Brazil continue to monitor recovery
While Neymar celebrated positive news off the pitch, questions remain over when he will return to action for Brazil at the World Cup.
The 34-year-old missed Brazil’s opening Group C match, a 1-1 draw against Morocco, as he continues to recover from a grade-two calf injury suffered while playing for Santos.
Brazil’s medical team have adopted a cautious approach to his rehabilitation due to his recent injury history. Neymar has not featured in a competitive match since mid-May and remains unavailable for selection.
Although he is not yet fit to play, the experienced forward has remained close to the squad and continues to provide leadership as Brazil pursue a sixth World Cup title.
Brazil are preparing for their next group-stage fixture against Haiti on June 20, with Neymar still expected to miss the match. However, the Selecao remain hopeful he could return later in the tournament if his recovery progresses as planned.
