THE good people of Delta State and eminent Nigerians in diaspora have rolled out the drums and clicking glasses in celebration of the birthday of the Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori.
Expectedly, and leading the lines of accolades and encomiums in the celebration, is his younger brother and Executive Chairman of the Delta State Sports Commission, Joshua Oborevwori. And he has rolled out an elaborate and elegant red carpet to commemorate the grand birthday of his elder brother.
Beaming with smiles and air of jubilation wrapped in infectious celebration, Joshua Oborevwori, stated that today’s birthday celebration of his elder brother and Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori, marks a watershed moment for deep appreciation to the Almighty God for the gift of life and protection over the number one citizen of Delta State, who last month was equally celebrated for marking three years in office administering the Big Heart State.
Raising the toast to celebrate his elder brother, he said that
he was overwhelmed with joy to be among those celebrating the giant strides of his big brother on the occasion of his birthday celebration, which he described as a unique day for Deltans to reflect on the gains of having a servant leader and selfless democrat, who has refired Delta State for optimum performance and progressive development.
According to the chairman of the Delta State Sports Commission, ” we celebrate not only a remarkable leader, but also a humble, compassionate and dedicated servant of the people, whose commitment to the growth, peace and development of Delta State continues to inspire many.
