David Mark, Aregbesola rally support for Bejide ahead Ekiti poll

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has beseeched party members in Ekiti State to come out en-masse and vote for its flag bearer, Dare Bejide, in the forthcoming governorship election.

The message was passed by the ADC bigwigs in former leader of the House of Senate, David Mark, and Interim National Secretary of the party, Rauf Aregbesola, both stating that Bejide deserves the support of the stakeholders due to his capacity to deliver the government of people’s dreams.

During the occasion and the contestant’s unveiling held in Ado Ekiti on Thursday,  the party stakeholders stated that he is the choice of the group as it strives to win the election, thus, calling on residents of the state as a whole to vote for the party for sustainable developments in the area.

”Your country has been abducted,” said Aregbesola.

”The APC has held Nigeria hostage in socio-economic and political challenges confronting the country. Nigeria is paying the price of poor governance under the APC administration.”

Mark stated that the country’s resources are being deployed in a manner that does not serve the interests of ordinary citizens, urging the citizens to vote for the ADC contestants at all levels of elections to change the nation’s trajectory.
