Air Peace Restricted has strengthened its dominance in regional aviation, retaining its title as Greatest West Africa Sub-Regional Airline of the 12 months whereas securing a file seven awards on the 2026 Nigerian Aviation (NIGAV) Awards in Lagos.
The ceremony, held on the NIGAV Convention Centre in Ikeja, marked a defining second for the airline, which emerged as one of many largest winners of the night time with honours spanning management, innovation, and repair excellence.
Among the many awards gained had been Airline Govt Chief of the 12 months (Dr. Allen Onyema), Nigerian Business Airline of the 12 months, Greatest West Africa Sub-Regional Airline of the 12 months, Greatest Air Journey Cell App of the 12 months, Greatest In-flight Journal (Alice Journal), Greatest Airport Lounge of the 12 months, and Pilot of the 12 months (Male Class).
The airline’s retention of key awards—together with the West Africa Sub-Regional Airline title—highlights its consistency in delivering operational excellence and increasing connectivity throughout the area.
Talking on the achievement, the airline’s spokesperson, Mr. Efe Osifo-Whiskey, described the popularity as each humbling and motivating, noting that it displays Air Peace’s dedication to bettering passenger expertise and strengthening intra-African connectivity.
He added that the awards validate the airline’s strategic investments in fleet modernisation, digital innovation, and repair supply.
The Nigerian Aviation Awards, now in its fifteenth version, is broadly considered a number one platform for recognising excellence, innovation, and efficiency inside Nigeria’s aviation business.
Business stakeholders, together with representatives of the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Growth and the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, had been current on the occasion.
