The thirteenth inaugural lecture of the Federal College Dutsin-ma (FUD), Katsina state, is billed to carry at present, on the Professor Lawal Audu Saulawa Auditorium, take-off campus, in Dutsin-ma.
A press assertion signed by the chairman, Professorial Inaugural Lecture Committee, Professor Mohammed Umar Sanda, stated the subject of the lecture is: ‘Demystifying Conventional Barbing (Wanzanci) in Hausaland: Islamic affect and twenty first Century Challenges.’
He stated the lecturer is Bashir Aliyu Sallau (Sarkin Askar Yariman Katsina), a Professor of Hausa Cultural Research, Division of Hausa, School of Arts, Federal College, Dutsin-Ma.
He added that the chairman of the occasion is the vice chancellor, Federal College Dutsin-ma, Professor Mohammed Khalid Othman, FNIAE.
