The Lagos State Police Command has declared two residents, Oloyede Olowoyo and Temiloye Sunday, wanted over alleged conspiracy, fraud, forgery, impersonation and obtaining money by false pretence involving ₦115 million.
According to the police, the two suspects allegedly conspired with other persons still at large to fraudulently obtain ₦115 million from the complainant under false pretences.
In a wanted-person bulletin issued on Monday by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Panti-Yaba, Lagos, the police said Olowoyo is wanted over allegations of conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence and conduct likely to cause a breach of the peace.
Olowoyo was described as a Yoruba male with a heavy build, round face, long and pointed nose, medium-sized mouth, thick lips, prominent eyes and light complexion.
He also has a round chin, high forehead and small head. His last known address was listed as No. 1, Commercial Avenue, Highway Barracks, Sabo, Lagos State.
The second suspect, Temiloye Sunday, is wanted over allegations of conspiracy, fraud, forgery, impersonation and obtaining money by false pretence.
According to the police, Sunday was also allegedly involved in the scheme to obtain the ₦115 million alongside other suspects who remain at large.
Sunday was described as a Yoruba male of short height and medium build, with a round face, upturned nose, small mouth, thin lips and dark complexion.
The police said he is bald, with a large head, wrinkled forehead and rough marks or visible scars. His last known address was given as Ikorodu, Lagos State.
The police urged anyone with information on the whereabouts of either suspect to report to the nearest police station or the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, SCID, Musliu Smith Street, Panti-Yaba, Lagos.
