Popular Nigerian TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has explained why music star Davido was absent from his wedding ceremony.
Peller addressed the issue during a live session, dismissing speculation that Davido’s absence was caused by a disagreement between them.
According to the TikToker, Davido remains one of his biggest supporters and has continued to show him love despite his busy schedule.
Peller said the singer treats him like a son and that there was no misunderstanding between them.
“Davido treats me like his son. He was very busy, that’s why he couldn’t attend my wedding,” he said.
Peller’s comment comes amid reactions on social media following Davido’s absence from his wedding, with some fans questioning why the Afrobeats star did not attend the ceremony.
However, Peller maintained that the singer’s absence was simply due to his busy schedule and should not be interpreted as a sign of a fallout between them.
The TikToker recently married fellow content creator Jarvis, with the ceremony attracting several celebrities, influencers and prominent personalities.
