Laura Loomer accuses Hasan Piker of dog abuse after FBI launches $5K reward for prosecuting animal cruelty cases
Laura Loomer has accused Hasan Piker of abusing his dog after the FBI launched a $5,000 reward for prosecuting serious animal cruelty cases. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has announced the reward and a new FBI tip line for violations of the 2019 PACT Act, which targets severe animal abuse tied to interstate commerce and offers up to seven years in prison.
Tagging the FBI, Loomer wrote on social media, “I’d like to report a Muslim Communist streamer named Hasan Piker @hasanthehun who abused his dog while he was streaming. Hasan Piker lives in Los Angeles. In the video below, you can see Hasan Piker screaming at his dog and electrocuting his dog Kaya with a shock collar because she got up to stretch her legs while he was streaming. He then screamed “I FING HATE THIS COUNTRY SO MUCH”. If I get the reward, I will donate it to a no kill animal shelter in honor of Kaya.”

“Everyone should report Los Angeles resident Hasan Piker for animal abuse. Watch this video and tell me he’s not an animal abuser. He shocked his dog for standing up,” Loomer wrote in another post.
What the US Attorney’s Office said
The FBI said that tips should include photos, videos, dates, locations, and suspect details sent to [email protected]. It supports a task force with the FBI, USDA, and local partners focused only on serious bodily injury cases.
“The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the successful prosecution of criminals who violate the Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture (PACT) Act, a federal law that carries penalties of up to seven years in prison. Anyone who believes they have evidence against anyone suspected of breaking this law is urged to e-mail the FBI in Los Angeles at the following tipline: [email protected]. This statute, which President Trump signed into law in November 2019, criminalizes engaging in animal abuse in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce and making “animal crushing” videos that depict obscene animal abuse,” FBI Los Angeles wrote on X.

“This dedicated email account will be reviewed by the Animal Abuse Task Force which was created last year and is led by federal prosecutors in the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s Environmental Crimes and Consumer Protection Section working in partnership with the FBI, the United States Department of Agriculture Office of Inspector General, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, the Los Angeles Police Department, Los Angeles City Animal Control, and other state and local law enforcement officers,” the US Attorney’s Office said.
It added, “This task force focuses on charging serious animal abuse crimes throughout the Central District of California, the most populous federal district in the country. The seven-county district is home to nearly 20 million residents and is comprised of the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.”
