Kylie Jenner’s Stalker Who Believes She’s ‘In Love With Him’ Told To Stay Away From The Kardashians
Kylie Jenner and “The Kardashians” have one less stalker to worry about!
A Kylie-obsessed stalker, who extended his sinister mission towards the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, has now been slammed with a permanent restraining order for a lengthy period.
Kylie Jenner and her family, over the years, have been victims of stalking incidents, with some offenders being brought to book, arrested, or served with permanent orders to stay away from the family.
The offender, identified as Kyle Robert DeWick, who was accused of unlawfully visiting Kylie’s home in 2021, leading to his arrest, has now felt the full wrath of the law.
The Kardashian-Jenner clan has now been able to get a judge to sign off on a permanent restraining order against DeWick after a temporary restraining order was granted in May.
The request was granted after DeWick seemingly intensified efforts to contact the family again in recent months. Now, he must stay 100 yards away from Kylie and her sisters, including their mom, and not attempt to get their contact or their home address till 2039.
In a filing submitted by the family matriarch Kris Jenner, DeWick was initially ordered to leave Kylie’s home in 2021 when he attempted to gain access. She recalled security informing her about claims from DeWick that Kris had told him about how much Kylie loved him and urged him to propose to the mogul at her home.
Kris added that DeWick had mentioned in his federal petition, where he demanded access to the Kardashian-Jenner clan in 2024, that Kris was getting in the way of his supposed relationship with Kylie.
As shared by The Daily Mail, he also added that Kris had placed him under surveillance, although she denied that, but insisted DeWick’s presence brought her great discomfort at the time.

5The momager continued that DeWick had made concerning calls about her home for sale, either by her or her family, in the past few months as part of attempts to get close to the family. DeWick was reportedly eventually able to gain access into the gated community and tour buildings close to her home while trying to make friends with her family’s neighbor.
A terrified Kris emphasized that DeWick’s frequent shuffling between Colorado and California was part of disturbing efforts from him to access her family. His criminal history unsettled Kris while all this was going on, making her concerned for her family’s safety.
Kris attached a declaration from the director of investigations at a private security firm confirming that DeWick had toured a property previously owned by Kanye “Ye” West, requesting to meet the neighbors before making any offer.
Romero also alleged DeWick contacted a realtor handling one of Kylie Jenner’s property listings and later submitted a proof-of-funds document that was suspected to be fraudulent. The security expert also noted that a phone conversation with DeWick suggested he believed Kylie “is in love with him and has been pursuing him for years.”

As shared by The Spokesman Review last month, Kim Kardashian requested that the court extend a restraining order against an alleged stalker who continues to display his behavior despite years of legal restrictions.
Kim shared in 2021 that her stalker, named Nicholas Costanza, had previously tried to send her a diamond ring and emergency contraception. She also claimed that he repeatedly showed up at her home, at one point telling security he was there to take her to dinner.
In her new filing, Kim asked that the protective order she earlier secured against him be extended by another five years, adding that the order also covers her family members because his hostility and fixation have not diminished. Since the 2021 restraining order, Costanza has reportedly directed about 80 social media posts at the mother of four.
In 2022, the stalker was arrested and charged with five felonies by the Riverside police department after he began showing up to a home in Lake Matthew in 2021 close to Kim’s residence, claiming the billionaire invited him. Her legal team also alleged that in 2024, Costanza used social media to try to lure Kardashian and her relatives to a home he had unlawfully entered, falsely claiming they owned the property together.

5About a decade ago, the BBC reported that the model had informed a jury that she no longer feels safe at home after she experienced a frightening encounter with an alleged stalker right outside her home.
She recalled stumbling on the stalker named Shavaughn McKenzie in her driveway, where he banged on her car window, scaring her.
The model added that she had to resort to calling her friends for help when she discovered what was happening, but McKenzie’s attorney insisted that was not the case, as he just wanted to have a conversation with her, not scare her.
According to a former psychiatrist, McKenzie was suffering from delusions, and his actions may have been influenced by his poor mental health, which his mother claimed he refused to get treatment for despite her efforts. Prosecutors claimed that McKenzie had been keeping tabs on Kendall for about 15 months before his arrest.
Though investigators were unable to determine how he located her gated hillside home, McKenzie was ultimately convicted of trespassing and faced sentencing the following month, with a possible jail term of up to six months.

The mogul’s former private chef had accused Kylie of contributing to her lost pregnancy because of being subjected to unbearable working conditions, labor violations, and pregnancy discrimination.
The former chef’s lawsuit came on the heels of two former housekeepers dragging Kylie to court over a workplace mishap. The ex-staff alleged that she was made to work 11 to 12-hour shifts without adequate breaks, despite repeatedly updating supervisors that she had a high-risk pregnancy.
Kylie’s former employee recalled being assigned a task to lift a heavy load of food items, which left her feeling dizzy and running out of breath. The lawsuit further claims that weeks later, while five months pregnant, she received little assistance while catering one of Kylie’s children’s birthday celebrations in Palm Springs.
The former chef stated that she felt completely physically exhausted from the heavy workload, and that she bled the next morning heavily before realizing that she had miscarried. The former employee further claimed that she was singled out for criticism at work for reporting the pregnancy loss to her supervisors.
She dragged the business mogul to court, requesting damages for pregnancy discrimination, labor law violations, wrongful termination, and emotional distress.
