Popular Nigerian comedian and streamer, Carterefe, has said he has no plans to get married, insisting that his career remains his main priority.
Carterefe stated this during a recent interview with British media personality Madame Joyce, where he dismissed the suggestion that his views on marriage could change as he gets older.
The 24-year-old entertainer said he would rather devote his time and energy to developing his streaming career, which he described as his major focus.
Carterefe also addressed questions surrounding his age, saying he was born in 2001 despite claims from some people that he is older.
He explained that, for now, his career has effectively become his main commitment and that he does not expect his position on marriage to change.
The comedian’s comments come as streaming continues to grow as a major career path for Nigerian entertainers, with several content creators building large audiences through live broadcasts and online entertainment.
