A woman named Nora is said to have died after a violent confrontation with her husband over allegations that she went to see another guy.
This unfortunate tragedy has caused indignation in Delta State.
Nora reportedly told her spouse, Emma, that she wished to see Cyril, her late friend Jennifer’s husband, who had passed away during childbirth.
“My sister came tell her husband say, ‘One of my friends, Cyril, that guy wey do photographer for our marriage, his wife d+e through operation,'” Nora’s sister stated in an audio statement.
I want to go see him. “Okay,” he said.
She added that after seeing Cyril with another sister, Nora spent the evening at home.
Despite her explanation, her husband is said to have been irrational and accused her of seeing another man.
However, I want to go visit and meet my friend whose wife passed away.
She reportedly told him, “Na me and my sister go.”
According to the narrator, Emma attacked Nora with an iron instrument, pursued her outside their house, and carried out the assault in front of their three children, who were eight, five, and one years old.
“He used an iron wh+p my sister.” She fell into the water of the swamp.
The relative asserted, “Na her husband waka leave her body like that.”
Emma is said to have returned some two hours later, discovered Nora unconscious, and then set off the alarm.
According to reports, Emma has reportedly run away and is presently at large, while Nora was confirmed d+ad.
Official statements regarding the incident have not yet been made by the authorities.
