“We’ll continue to deliver Tinubu’s directives” – Wike

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has assured that he will continue to deliver on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s directives.

Wike gave the assurance on the 10th day of his administration’s ongoing project commissioning across the FCT, held to mark President Tinubu’s third anniversary in office.

He promised that his team would significantly transform the FCT’s landscape before President Tinubu is sworn in for a second term.

“Today is our 10th day of commissioning projects. We specifically chose today because many people have been asking: ‘After these commissions, now that we are going into politics, will there be no more projects?’” Wike said.

He stressed that, irrespective of political activities, he would not relent in delivering on the projects and tasks assigned to him by the President.

“We say no. Politics or no politics, we must continue to do what Mr. President has directed — to change the entire landscape of the Federal Capital Territory.

“Let me say clearly that by the time Mr. President finishes his first tenure on May 29, 2027, and before he is sworn in for his second term, the landscape of Abuja will have changed entirely, to the glory of God,” the minister declared.
