In the viral video shared on X (formerly Twitter), she questioned the popular belief that being single is a personal choice, insisting that many people are only pretending to be fine with it.
In her words, she said:
“Being single is not a choice, being single is not a choice. I no see who go date me, na wetin make most of us dey pretend.”
She further expressed frustration about her dating life, claiming that despite trying to stay positive, she has not been able to find a partner.
According to her, many people publicly preach self-love, but privately struggle with loneliness and desire companionship.
“Your happiness doesn’t revolve around a man, your happiness does not revolve around a man, go and heal oo. Apart from self-love, happiness revolves around a man, and that’s the truth,” she added.
