The Nigeria Military says troops have neutralised two suspected terrorists and recovered weapons throughout a profitable ambush operation within the Doruwa Babuje space of Kaduna State.
That is contained in an operational report made out there to the Information Company of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in Abuja.
The report revealed that the operation was carried out on Tuesday following credible intelligence on the motion of armed criminals identified for attacking residents, together with instances of theft and sexual violence.
Based on the report, troops laid an ambush across the Marit normal space and engaged the suspects as they approached.
“Troops sprang the ambush and neutralised two of the armed bandits, whereas others fled the scene.

“Objects recovered from the suspects embody a fabricated rifle, 5 rounds of seven.62mm ammunition, a cutlass, a jack knife, and a cell phone,” stated.
The report added that troops had maintained their positions within the normal areas of Marit and Lajam villages, with patrols ongoing to trace and apprehend the fleeing suspects.
The operation, based on the report, is a part of sustained efforts to curb prison actions and improve safety throughout the space.
