The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja, Tuesday refuted claims that he was planning to unseat Governor Seyi Makinde, saying ‘it’s a lie.’
Oba Ladoja made the rebuttal in an announcement in Ibadan by the media aide to the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief Adeola Oloko.
The royal father added that the Olubadan of Ibadanland throne shouldn’t be dragged into soiled politics.
” You don’t should be a former governor or distinguished Senator to know {that a} monarch has no energy to question a neighborhood authorities chairman, to not discuss of a state governor.
“This grew to become intriguing when solely lower than 24 hours in the past, the Ekiti state former Gov Ayodele Fayose alleged the state governor’s purported plot to take away Olubadan.
“Right this moment, it’s Olubadan who allegedly needs to question the governor. So, who’s fooling who?” he requested.
