The Unbiased Nationwide Electoral Fee (INEC) has introduced a revision of the marketing campaign timeline for the forthcoming Osun state governorship election.
The fee had moved the election from August 8 to August 15, 2026, after changes to its electoral timetable.
Consistent with provisions of the Electoral Act 2026, political campaigns at the moment are anticipated to finish 24 hours earlier than the brand new election date.
