The Supreme Court on Thursday, set aside an earlier order directing the African Democratic Congress (ADC) to maintain status quo ante bellum amid its leadership tussle, effectively restoring Senator David Mark’s leadership of the party.
The apex court’s ruling clears the path for the Mark-led National Working Committee to resume full control of the party’s affairs.
