Imran U. Wakili, a preferred social media commentator, has alleged that the sudden launch of former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, from the custody of the Impartial Corrupt Practices and Different Associated Offences Fee (ICPC) suggests he was unjustly detained.
