The federal authorities, led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has pledged to finish insecurity in Zamfara and different states affected by banditry within the North-west.
Vice President Kashim Shettima, who represented President Tinubu on the occasion, said this whereas receiving Governor Dauda Lawal to the All Progressives Congress (APC) Tuesday in Gusau.
He described Governor Lawal’s APC return as a serious breakthrough.
He added that the federal authorities will work carefully with the Zamfara state authorities to finish terrorism and restore peace within the state.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is anxious about insecurity in Zamfara and different affected states in North west and the federal authorities below his management is working around the clock to include the terrain,” he stated.
