Abuja was full of distinguished political figures on Sunday as Hajiya Umma El-Rufai, mom of former Kaduna State Governor Malam Nasir El-Rufai, was laid to relaxation.
The late matriarch handed away on Friday, March 27, in Cairo, Egypt, after a short sickness.
She was buried at Gudu Cemetery following Islamic rites.
Her stays had been introduced from Egypt.
The funeral attracted key Nigerian leaders, together with Labour Occasion presidential candidate Peter Obi, former Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi, and former Sokoto State Governor Aminu Tambuwal, alongside different officers, conventional rulers, and sympathisers.
