Heavy safety at Kano Authorities Home forward of Gov Yusuf’s deliberate defection

There was heavy deployment of safety operatives on the Kano State Authorities Home on Monday amid stories of the deliberate defection by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.

Mixed safety personnel drawn from the Nigeria Police Power and the Division of State Companies had been seen on the principal entrance of the Authorities Home.

Though the deliberate defection has not been formally confirmed, the governor is extensively believed to be contemplating a transfer to the All Progressives Congress.
