The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) has condemned misleading allegations made in a viral video circulating online, which claims that NNPC fuel does not last.
Papers News reports that NNPC spokesman, Olufemi Soneye, said the assertion was baseless and entirely unfounded, originating from unverified and amateur research that lacks credibility, accuracy, and professional oversight.
In a statement on Saturday, NNPC said a significant percentage of fuel sold at NNPC filling stations in Lagos was supplied by Dangote Refinery.
