The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has scheduled an arraignment for May 28, targeting key MTN Nigeria executives:
The charges stem from the company’s alleged failure to produce documents and information required by the commission, in violation of the FCCPC Act. The case will be heard before Justice H.J. Yilwa at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
Simultaneously, MTN Nigeria faces another legal challenge from the Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC) for alleged copyright infringement:
