Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Benjamin Kalu, has emphasized the need for the South East region to align decisively with the centre. He made this call while unveiling the Renewed Hope Partners (RHP) in Umuahia, Abia State capital. The RHP is a multipurpose vehicle aimed at realizing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s second-term bid.
Kalu said RHP will play a crucial role in translating national achievements into regional gains. He emphasized that the South East must channel these achievements into electoral victories, ensuring the region sits at the heart of Nigeria’s renewed hope. The Deputy Speaker assured the people of more dividends of democracy from the present government.
