FG approves 32bn for BHCPF to strengthen primary healthcare services

This is to enhance healthcare delivery, with an emphasis on primary care, emergency services, immunization, reproductive health, and malaria treatment.


The Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammed Ali Pate, disclosed on Wednesday in Abuja, at the Ministerial Oversight Committee for BHCPF, during its 10th quarterly meeting to deliberate on the progress of BHCPF implementation.


Pate underscored the government’s commitment to expanding healthcare access and affordability, particularly at the grassroots level.
