Senator Binos Dauda Yaroe, representing Adamawa South in the Nigerian Senate, has reassured his constituents that the bill to establish the Federal University of Education in Numan remains on course despite necessary corrections requested by the presidency. He emphasized his commitment to seeing the bill through to its logical conclusion and ensuring that it meets all constitutional and procedural requirements.

Speaking at a stakeholder feedback meeting in Mayo-Belwa Local Government Area, Senator Yaroe clarified that the bill was not rejected by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Instead, the president identified certain clerical errors that needed to be rectified before granting approval. The senator assured the people that these issues would be promptly addressed and the bill resubmitted once the Senate reconvenes.
