The National agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has blacklisted an Indian company named Aveo Pharmaceuticals producer of Tapentadol (a powerful opioid), and Carisoprodol which is harmful to the public.
The Director General of NAFDAC, Prof. Mojisola Adeyeye made the disclosure during a press conference with journalists in Abuja.
