PORT HARCOURT, Rivers State — Irked by Governor Siminialayi Fubara’s continuous disregard and disdain for judgements of Courts, extant laws of Rivers State and the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, in the governance of the State, the Rivers State House of Assembly, on Wednesday, at its 122nd Legislative Sitting of the Second Session, deprecated Governor Fubara for his contemptuous display of impunity.
