A total of 67.35 per cent candidates have obtained five credits and more, including English Language and Mathematics as the National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the results for the 2024 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) External, which was conducted from November 14 to December 14, 2024.
During a press conference held yesterday at the NECO headquarters, the council’s Registrar and Chief Executive, Prof. Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi, revealed that 86,067 candidates had registered for the examination, with 84,799 actually participating.
Wushishi reported that 57,114 candidates—representing 67.35 per cent—obtained five credits or more, including English Language and Mathematics.
