The Cross River State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has sworn in Francis Bullem as its new state chairman.
His emergence follows the resignation of Venatius Ikem, who recently defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Bullem is expected to steer the party’s affairs in Cross River State and lead its preparations for the 2027 general elections.
