CAF president Patrice Motsepe has announced that the federation is considering a major change to previously announced plans for the AFCON.
CAF President and South African billionaire, Patrice Motsepe has confirmed that a return to a biennial AFCON is back on the table.
While FIFA may not be entirely in favour of the move, CAF must also prioritise its own interests, including its financial sustainability and the growth of African football.
