The management of Nigerian dancer and entertainer Poco Lee has acknowledged singer Zlatan Ibile’s support amid the ongoing legal proceedings involving the entertainer in the United Kingdom.
Poco Lee’s manager, Faleye “Dee-Y” Adedoyin, made the acknowledgement in a statement on Wednesday while appealing to the public to avoid spreading negative or unverified narratives about the case.
The management said Zlatan and others had provided significant support during the legal process and expressed appreciation for their involvement.
It also urged members of the public to allow the legal proceedings to run their course rather than relying on claims circulating on social media.
The statement followed renewed online discussions about Poco Lee’s UK trip and the circumstances surrounding his court case.
Social commentator Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, had questioned reports about the purpose of Poco Lee’s trip to the UK.
VeryDarkMan claimed in an Instagram post that the dancer travelled to the UK for a Zlatan show rather than Davido’s concert. He also questioned the public support Poco Lee had received while the case remained before the court.
Poco Lee’s management did not directly address all of the claims circulating online but focused its latest statement on appreciating those who had supported the entertainer and asking the public to refrain from negative narratives.
The development comes as Poco Lee’s legal case has been pushed into 2027.
The entertainer was granted bail on September 11 ahead of his scheduled appearance at Snaresbrook Crown Court on September 15.
His expected plea and trial preparation hearing, however, did not proceed after the charge sheet was reportedly unavailable. No plea was entered, and the next hearing was fixed for February 8, 2027. The trial is scheduled to begin on March 8, 2027.

Poco Lee is facing five sexual offence charges in the UK — two counts of rape, one count of attempted rape and two counts of assault by penetration. He has denied the allegations and has not been convicted of any offence.
The case therefore remains pending, with the February hearing expected to provide the next major stage in the court process.
Poco Lee’s management had previously called for restraint over public discussions of the allegations, stressing that claims made against the entertainer should not be treated as proof of guilt before the court reaches a decision.
