Navy declares Rivers man wanted over extortion, crude oil theft

The Nigerian Navy has declared a Rivers-based man, Joseph Bosun, wanted over alleged involvement in crude oil theft and extortion activities.

The Navy in an issued statement called on the public with useful information on Bosun’s whereabouts to report to the nearest Nigerian Navy unit, police station or any other security agency.

In the notice signed by its Director of Naval Information, Abiodun Folurunsho, the Navy identified Bosun as an indigene of Edegbene in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, adding that his last known address was around Leadwort Hotel, Obirikwere, off Airport Road, near the Obirikwere Flyover, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The Navy noted that the public could assist ongoing efforts to locate him by providing credible information about his whereabouts to relevant security agencies.

It also provided a dedicated contact line, 08064470441, for members of the public who may have information that could assist in locating Bosun.

The Navy called on anyone with useful information to contact the nearest Nigerian Navy unit, police station or other security agency.
