Nigerian TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has received a promise of a ₦400 million mansion in Abuja as a wedding gift from real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, widely known as King Ochacho.
The surprise announcement was made during Peller’s lavish wedding ceremony with his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, popularly called Jarvis, held in Lagos on Saturday.
King Ochacho, founder of Ochacho Real Homes, presented the gift before guests at the ceremony, drawing loud applause and emotional reactions from those in attendance.
While addressing the newlyweds, the businessman announced that the mansion was a gift from his family.
“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller,” he said.
Videos capturing the moment quickly spread across social media, with many congratulating the couple and praising the generous gesture.
The star-studded ceremony attracted several notable figures from Nigeria’s entertainment and social media scene, including actresses Iyabo Ojo and Eniola Badmus, influencer Nons Miraj, singer Zinoleesky, actress Papaya Ex, comedian Cute Abiola, socialite Soso Soberekon, influencer Purple Speedy and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
DailyInsightNG report that King Ochacho had earlier hinted at supporting Peller’s wedding months ago during the wedding ceremony of music executive Soso Soberekon.
At the time, the businessman publicly promised financial assistance for Peller’s future marriage and assured him of a substantial cash gift.
Peller and Jarvis began their journey to marriage with an engagement in June 2026 at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana. They later held their traditional marriage ceremony in Benin City, Edo State, before officially legalising their union at a Lagos court on July 29.
The white wedding, held over the weekend, marked the final stage of their marriage celebrations and has continued to generate widespread reactions online, particularly following the announcement of the luxury property gift.
The development has further highlighted the growing influence of digital creators in Nigeria, with major brands and high-profile business figures increasingly associating with social media personalities.
