“We came for stomach pain, we’re going home with a baby” – Lady shocked after friend unexpectedly gives birth
A Nigerian lady has shared her shock online after accompanying her friend to the hospital for stomach pain, only for the visit to end with the unexpected arrival of a baby girl.
In a video circulating online, the lady revealed that she never imagined someone close to her could experience what is known as a cryptic pregnancy.
Lady Expresses Shock Over Unexpected Birth
According to her, she had only heard stories about cryptic pregnancy but never believed she would witness it happen to someone close to her.
She explained that she accompanied her friend to the hospital after she complained of stomach pain, only for doctors to discover that she was in labour.
The unexpected development left her struggling to process the situation.
In her words:
“Since I was born, I have never seen someone who has cryptic pregnancy. I used to hear it. I never imagined or believed it will happen to someone close to me.
“Now, we brought my friend to the hospital complaining of stomach pain, and now we are going home with a baby girl. Where do we start from? What do we tell them when we get home?
“It’s still like film to me, like a dream.”
