SENSATIONAL Canada-based Nigerian rapper Rightflow is trending online following   appearance  of  the  artwork for his latest album, “Welcome to the Jungle,” on a digital billboard at the iconic New York Times Square in the US.

Images circulating on social media platforms show the album’s artwork displayed on one of the billboards at the Times Square, with fans hailing the feat as another tale  of Nigerian music gaining international visibility.

Times Square is one of the world’s busiest pedestrian intersections, tourist destinations, and entertainment hubs, formed by the junction of Broadway, Seventh Avenue, and 42nd Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.

It is acclaimed to be one of the world’s most visited tourist attractions, drawing an estimated 50 million visitors annually, and approximately 330,000 people pass through it daily.

The Times Square billboards, known to be among the most expensive in the world, create an immersive experience of over 300,000 square feet of LED space that hosts 3D displays, interactive games, and synchronised midnight art shows.

Entertainment observers say that while Times Square billboard placements are often secured through paid advertising campaigns, they remain a valuable promotional platform because of the location’s global visibility and heavy tourist traffic.
