THE Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB, says this year’s Practical Nigerian Content Forum, PNCF will focus on strategies for achieving Nigeria’s target of 70 per cent local content in the oil and gas industry by 2027.
The forum, which holds from November 30 to December 3, 2026, in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, is expected to bring together policymakers, C-suite executives, indigenous operators, investors and other stakeholders to discuss measures for deepening local participation across the energy value chain.
According to the organisers, the milestone 15th edition will provide a platform to address key industry priorities, unlock investment opportunities and shape the future of Nigerian content development.
The event will feature an expanded programme comprising the Strategic Forum, Showcase Arena, Town Hall Sessions, site visits and networking events.
The organisers said that the Strategic Forum, which has served as a platform for advancing local content over the past 15 years, would focus on accelerating investment, strengthening indigenous capacity and promoting sustainable growth in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.
The Showcase Arena will feature more than 30 exhibiting companies, offering participants opportunities to showcase products and services, forge partnerships and explore new business opportunities.
Early-bird delegate registration has opened at a discounted rate, with the organisers encouraging prospective participants to register ahead of the conference.
The Practical Nigerian Content Forum is one of Nigeria’s leading annual gatherings on local content development, bringing together government officials, regulators, operators, service companies and investors to review progress and chart the next phase of indigenous participation in the country’s petroleum industry.
