President Trump gave a speech at a Georgia high school on Wednesday where he likened the state’s Democratic senator, Jon Ossoff, to “Pinky Herman,” an apparent reference to the iconic man-child character “Pee-wee Herman” created by the comic-actor Paul Reubens.
