Nollywood actress Annie Idibia has dismissed rumours that she has reunited with her former husband, music icon Innocent “2Baba” Idibia, describing the claims as false.
Speculation about a possible reconciliation spread across social media after an old video of the former couple together at a nightclub resurfaced, prompting many users to believe they had rekindled their relationship.
However, Annie set the record straight on Monday, saying the circulating videos were outdated and were being used to spread false information.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, the actress wrote: “Old videos circulating everywhere, false news everywhere,” dismissing reports that she and the singer had reunited.
Annie and 2Baba ended their marriage in January 2025 after more than a decade together.
The former couple share two daughters, while 2Baba has since remarried Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.
