Tinubu’s leadership transformational – Obaro
A frontline Kogi Central senatorial aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Momoh Yusuf Obaro, has joined millions of Nigerians in congratulating President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of his third anniversary in office.
Obaro, who also serves as Secretary of the APC in the United Kingdom gave the commendation on Sunday in Lokoja while speaking on the third year of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
He noted that the past 36 months have demonstrated that Nigeria is “under the guidance of a master builder.”
The development economist praised the administration’s focus on economic reforms and infrastructure development, citing major projects such as the ongoing coastal road and the proposed Badagry–Sokoto Highway as initiatives with far-reaching economic benefits.
He called on Nigerians to sustain their support and prayers for the President, emphasizing the importance of unity and collective responsibility in national development.
“Through thick and thin, Mr. President has shown the political will to take the hard but necessary decisions to steer our economy away from the brink,” Obaro said.
Highlighting key achievements under the Renewed Hope Agenda, Obaro pointed to increased grassroots development through financial autonomy for the 774 local government areas, which he said ensures that resources reach communities directly.
He also lauded youth-focused initiatives, particularly the Student Loan Scheme (NELFUND), describing it as a landmark intervention that has expanded access to higher education for children of ordinary Nigerians.
On economic relief, he noted that tax exemptions for small businesses with turnovers below ₦100 million, alongside protections for low-income earners, have helped ease financial pressures on citizens.
He further highlighted the Ajaokuta–Kaduna–Kano (AKK) gas pipeline project, describing it as a strategic driver of industrial growth that positions Kogi Central as a hub for enterprise and policy innovation.
