Nigerian singer Ruger has set social media abuzz after proposing a joint album featuring Afrobeats superstars Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.
Sharing his vision, Ruger claimed the collaboration would dominate globally, writing: “I want Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy to drop a collab album 💿 every song will hit 1 billion streams, then a global tour immediately 🌍.”
He added: “Me and BNXN will co-write it… the whole world will shake.”

Some supporters backed Ruger’s idea, describing it as a game-changer for Afrobeats. One user wrote, “It will be the start of very peak Afrobeats,” while another added, “Everywhere go first scatter.”
Others highlighted BNXN’s songwriting ability, with a comment reading, “If he and BNXN co-write, nah streaming catastrophe dem wan cause.”
However, critics questioned the feasibility of the project. One user argued, “It’s cool to dream but I don’t think it will ever happen,” while another sparked debate over hierarchy among the artists, saying, “Why mention Wizkid before Davido?”
Some fans also dismissed the idea entirely, suggesting the artists may not align creatively or commercially.
